Tri©DB (Consensus Cancer Core Database) is new open-source cancer precision medicine knowledgebase with enhanced visualization and multifaceted information that includes but not limited to genotypes, disease phenotypes, therapeutic interventions, functional annotations, clinical trials, population occurrence, and recapitulative interpretations. It facilitates full access to cancer-related data in a single centralized platform for a broad range of users.
